I like the fact that you can return the shoes after wearing them if they hurt your feet. I have sensitive feet with some foot problems and it’s very hard to find comfortable shoes. The knowledgeable sales associates take time to fit you properly depending on what the problem is. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Adam was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient when fitting me for my shoes. I love the way they fit costumers for shoes. I watched as others associates helped costumers with the same knowledge, help and patience.

The service we received was exceptional. The fellow with the shaved head, three motorcycles (rides with Stacey's husband), wife works at Reynolds - it would have been easier to just remember his name - anyway, he was terrific. Wanted to make sure our shoes were exactly what we needed. Love our Hokas!

I already brought in a person on Saturday. Ms Wanda Moore, came in and bought a pair of Brooks shoes on my word of praise of my Hokas that I had purchased on Friday.I have enjoyed wearing them so far. They have given me comfort that I have not known for some time. I appreciate the service I had from the sales person and will continue to pass the word to my fellow walkers. A most comfortable shoe and a nice fit.

I like that Allison from the WS store remembers my name, the shoes I have purchased and or wear and treats me like a member of her family when I come in for more. This is the concept that brick and mortar businesses are going to have to adapt to in order to survive the convenience of the internet.

I worked in retail for over 20yrs and I can honesty say I have never had such superior customer service.
Your company is a guiding light for those of us looking for athletic shoes. I spent hours searching online and finally my trainer at the YMCA suggested Fleet Feet.
In an era of blind online buying ((because customer service like this is long gone) it was refreshing to have someone like Adam, with the utmost patience, help me find the best shoe.
